Lugia (ルギア, Rugia) is a Psychic/Flying-type Diving Pokémon and a Legendary Pokémon. It is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. It is often considered to be closely related to Ho-Oh as a duo, even sometimes as its polar opposite.
