Today is a good day for Sonic fans, as a rather impressive fan-made 3D sonic game is shaping up very nicely and the first version is available to download and play. The added bonus being that unlike Nintendo, SEGA seems pretty comfortable with fan-made projects, so this shouldn't get pulled any time soon. What's incredible is that almost everything in the demo was created from scratch, including the art, sound, even the engine! The hard work shows too, as while the game still has a retro vibe, it's a big 3D landscape full of life, and more in line with
