Mexico (Spanish: México) is the 14th character and the second North American country in the game. He was added in Update 1.2 along with The Netherlands and Cyborg. Mexico is a 5 star opponent in Arcade and his Unlock Requirements are quite challenging. Mexico plays defensively as a CPU in the game.
