Halloween Dominus is a canceled Hat accessory originally meant to be released in October 2011. It has an orange hood with a black cover that has a creepy orange face. Two orange rings with a pumpkin icon that are attached to the two lower corners of the hat and are visible on the front of the wearer's shoulders. There is also three dark orange feathers protrude backwards from each ring. This item was originally meant to be obtained by purchasing a gift box.
