Super Saiyan 5 is the next evolution above Super Saiyan 4, and the highest form a saiyan can reach without contributing other abilities to his power, such as becoming a Kaioken Super Saiyan, or using Raditz's Doom aura to transform into the Death Incarnate form. This form can only be achieved if someone has gained such control over all other forms that they are able to transform into all four forms at preceisely the same moment, combining all thier power into one
